Pursuant to regulations (EU) 2016/679 passed by the European parliament and council dd 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of private individuals as regards the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/CE (General Data Protection Regulations), you are notified that the personal data collected by this web page will be incorporated into files under the responsibility of the Fundación Politécnica de la Comunidad Valenciana and the Alumni Association of the UPV, which are the entities that created the brand Innova&acción, the entity responsible for the Innova&acción Business Challenge Hackathon, and will be processed by these entities for the following purposes:
- Contact in general and customer service: to answer any questions and requests for information about the running of the hackathon.
- Data about hackathon participants. When registering as a participant in the Innova&acción Business Challenge Hackathon, you provide your name, surname(s), email, telephone and CV. Whilst taking part in the hackathon, you may provide additional data, always voluntarily, in order to enhance your user experience and receive information about products, services, newsletters and notifications related to the contents of the association.
Registration using the forms and this web page imply the acceptance of this data protection policy.
This data protection policy may be revised from time to time in order to update changes in current legislation, update our procedures for the collection and use of personal data, reflect the addition of new services or the deletion of others.
